"Slow replies and not much help"
I ordered from loxleysports.com and had a quick question, so I contacted support. Took longer than I thought to hear back. And when they finally replied, it felt really short. Not much detail. Not very helpful.
I ended up chasing them again just to get a proper answer. Maybe they were busy. I get that. But still, the support could be better. Product was okay, no big issue there. Just the customer service part was frustrating.

"Awful website and checkout was a mess"
I tried ordering from loxleysports.com and it was such a hassle, the pages were taking ages to load and my basket wasn’t updating properly and then the checkout was just clunky and frustrating, I had to type my details in more than once and for a while I wasn’t even sure if the order had actually gone through. Really not a great experience and I don’t think I’d bother using them again.

I bought this from loxleysports.com, and right from the first time I picked it up, it just didn’t feel right to me. The grip started feeling a bit slippery quickly, and the balance felt off in my hand. I kept hoping I’d get used to it, but the performance never really matched what I was expecting. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it felt awkward to use and I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Honestly a Great Deal"
For the price, I was genuinely impressed with what I got. Like, I wasn’t expecting miracles, but it felt like such good value that I was basically ready to tell everyone I know. Delivery was a little slow, which had me dramatically checking the tracking like my life depended on it, but overall I’m happy with it.

I picked up a hoodie and a pair of training shorts, and they’ve been really good so far. The material feels solid, the stitching looks well done, and both have held up fine after a bunch of washes. I’ve had clothes fall apart way too quickly before, which always feels totally preventable, so it’s nice that these still look and feel good. Happy with them overall.

"Really nice-looking darts"
These darts look absolutely class, no question about it. The designs are definitely the first thing you notice, and I’m 100% sure they’d look even better with a few more color options. Still, they’re sharp-looking darts overall

"Took a lot longer than I expected"
I ordered from loxleysports.com around the start of the month I think, or maybe late last month, and the shipping was just way slower than I expected. The tracking barely changed for days, so I had no idea where my order was half the time. It did eventually show up, maybe a week or so later than I thought it would, but it didn’t feel very reliable. I probably wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something by a certain date.
